All material on this site is the property of Quay Drawing and their students. No part of this website may be reproduced in any form without specific written permission.
Students are requested to pay in advance for any session or course booked. Refunds will only be given in the event of a session or course having to be cancelled. Quay Drawing do reserve the right to find alternative accommodation if a booked space is not available.
All communication will normally be through email, text or phone message. If those are not available written mail will be used.
There is no wheelchair access to any of the locations we use.
All work produced by students is their property, Quay Drawing reserves the right to use copies of work, to place on social media and for use in publicity material, permission for this is given in the GDPR form each student is asked to sign.
When organising exhibitions of student work, Quay Drawing take all reasonable care of the work. Quay Drawing has Product Liability and Public Liability Insurance with the NFU to cover £5,000,000.
Personal Data and GDPR
Quay Drawing retain name, addresses, phone details and email addresses of current and previous students, those who have enquired about courses and business contacts. All students are asked to complete a GDPR data form. All digital information is stored on a password protected computer and is not shared with any third parties. Paper based information is secured within the business premises.
Payment data
Payment can be made through PayPal a third-party company specialising in secure payment solutions. Quay Drawing uses Paypal protection link. However if payment is made by BACS Quay Drawing supply banking details. Quay Drawing does not hold any payment/card details.
Cookies
Cookies are currently not used within this site and no data is stored on your computer. Quay Drawing website may use analytics software or services that may log your current IP address, Date and time, Pages visited, Time spent on website and page load times, Exit pages, Data may also contain general performance information. This information is stored within the website server and third parties such as Google/Bing analytics. This information is only used to ensure the website is functioning correctly and to increase usability.
