The SS Freshspring came to Bideford in 2016 with the aim of renovating it to become a working steam ship to promote maritime studies. Quay Drawing have run several courses on board using the engineering and structure of the ship as subject matter. The ship now has an education officer in place and we work in conjunction with them to offer unique drawing and painting experiences on board.
